Wow that is when my dad made his first horn. He had been looking for a horn to build one out of and he was at the NFR in OKC and found a nice big horn that was made into a blow horn and bought it for $8 and brought it home and made the first horn he ever built. he has only built 30 or so horns.
Nothing to fancy and just a few with scrimshaw.
