I'm an unashamed member of the AMM, and as such we are always trying to find new documentation for our "stuff". That being said, there is documentation for "California shells"but I don't know of anything about this use for them A few years ago my Pard , Steve Hill comes into camp with one of these, he said he was in the shop trying to figure how to use the shell as a reflector in his lamp and .........duuuh. I'm seeing more people out west picking up on these, they are the greatest headlights imagineable, and stay lit much better than you might think. Maybe some of you have thought of this or have seen them used but I hadn't before then.

I have never seen them used before but that is a heck of a good idea. And it looks cool too!! Where can I get one??? ;D
