Just wanted to introduce myself I'm Andrew from oklahoma and been doing reenacting for a few years now but just recently decided to begin the journey of being more authentic in my portrayal. I was introduced to some of the Millers paintings and sketches and shown how they can be used with journals to authenticate styles of different objects of the time. The art of using research such as the journles, sketch books, and paintings to build a a persona has been very interesting so far. Something I never thought I would be doing (wasn't a very engaged student in school). History was always a interest and after being introduced to rendevouze it became a hobby that has grown into Something more. So i hope to feed this addiction while browsing this forum and welcome any guidance or knowledge that your willing to offer.
