I read this on another forum as well. I will miss Chuck and his extensive knowledge of the American west and I hope he rests easy.

I liked Chuck I never knew him personaly but I had chatted with him and talked on the phone a few times he was always willing to help RIP friend..

Dog gone it. Chuck was such a great and generous mentor to me personally and to all of us. I still have many more questions for him. I guess they'll have to wait. Until then, I will surely miss him.

Chuck was one of these good people who always helped/assisted anyone with a question. He will be missed by a lot of folks.
