Looking for some help on a sheath for a knife I made with complete lower black bear jaw.

Can you post a picture so we have an idea of what the knife looks like as finished, Also take a look at my website www.wrtcleather.com and check out ALL of the Galleries - I have made several jawbone knives with sheaths over the years - may give you some ideas. Also look at original sheaths from the Blackfoot, Plains Cree, or Assiniboine - they are the tribes most identified with bear jawbone knives. Chuc;

I was cleaning it uo and broke one of the wings off at the front. They are both down a lot smaller. I would like to do Blackfoot. My grandmother was Sac and Fox.

I have a sheath started . It's out of cow hide , which I will cover with brain tan deer. It will have tacks and fringe. Natural paint and some bead work.
