malfeasance: "wrongdoing or misconduct especially by a public official" Out of curiosity I stumbled across this article in "Plagiary" a website no longer published. This is an excellent example of academic malfeasance which I believe is much more the norm rather than the exception. To the educators in our midst this is in no way and attack or indictment of the profession but rather a example what all students of history must avoid in regards to and especially specific to certain agendas. The relevance to our era is obvious and is quite balanced in relating historical fact without any political agenda. I remember some of this information being passed around even back in the mid-70's and repeated as fact rather than gossip. quod.lib.umich.edu/cgi/p/pod/dod-idx/did-the-us-army-distribute-smallpox-blankets-to-indians.pdf?c=plag;idno=5240451.0001.009
