Just want to intro myself. Daniel Jackson here. not new to fur trade but been a while . I moved back into the 18th century Missouri River Valley and now want to come back to where I started.

One question. Would a 1820s southern rifle have found it's way out west? I have a .54 smooth rifle with late flint period lock.

As far as an 1820s gun making it out west...I think so. Rod, Chuck or one of the other guys could tell you more though.
