Rod's Article on Fort Union

So on Saturday afternoon I get home from an ambulance run to discover that our mail had been delivered. Sorting through it I'm rather unimpressed, as usual, until I discover what my wife put on the bottom of the pile...the new issue of Journal of the Early Americas. In this new issue, Volume 3, Issue 1, starting on page 20, there's an article about a familiar place by a familiar name. "A Brief Introduction to Fort Union" by Rodney L. Lassey. Congratulations Rod on the publication of your article!

Thanks, guys---it was a fun article to write, I had alot of trouble keeping it close to 2000 words. I went over, they edited it down a bit (probably for the best).

Surprisingly hard isn't it. I just finished the penultimate draft of a new article for them and I have it at about 1,000 currently. This one is BRIEF and to the point!
