Remington Rolling Block

I know this is the wrong period but need some help dateing a rolling block I bought .Its a #1 I believe in 50-70 and has a triangle bayonet and tall hammer .Ive been told the # on the side of the tang is a batch # not a serial # .Any ideas?

thanks .I happend to be doing a black walnut counter top in my cabinet shop and liberated a piece to do the stock with and ran it through the planner and it is as good as it gets
