I JUST SIGNED ON YESTERDAY AND AM A LITTLE SURPRISED THE SITE IS NOT TOO BUSY AS WELL. I DO HOWEVER EXTREMELY APPRECIATE WHAT I'M READING HERE AT THE COLLEGE. I'VE BEEN INVOLVED WITH SHOOT'N, GUN BUILING,FUR TRADE HISTORY, SMALL RENDEZVOUS, L&C AND MANY OTHER AREAS AND ENJOY THE LEARNING ATMOSPHERE AND PALAVERING.

Not dead---but dead tired, in the middle of corn harvest. I'll try and post another book review in a few days.

Nope... the site has been blocked at work and at home we have no internet. Got the site unblocked today and hope to check it more often now... it that is needed.  IW |

Odd that your work would block a site with 'college' in the title----irony, perhaps? ;D

I hope things do pick up a bit since I just joined today.
Excellent site, will be checking in on a daily basis, looking to get back into the Fur Trade Era reenactment/rendezvous.
Hope I don't pester some of you guys too much with all the questions I will have!
