Has anyone read through the quarterlies? I was looking at the prices and noticed it is quite a bargain to buy the whole set, as compared to buying them individually.... I''ve never seen one, but there are definitely some of them that I'd like to take a look at.
Thanks

I've got the whole set, pieced the back issues together over time, and have been a subscriber for a fair number of years. Well worth getting, one of the best fur trade resources out there, in my opinion.

Some of the older stuff in them can be a little dated in its interpretation, but there are a lot of pearls in it. I don't have a complete set by any means. I've gotten a lot of scans of old articles through the ILL system. Buying a set is something that is on my list to do, like buying the entire 10 volume set of Hafen's 'Mountain Men and the Fur Trade'. I will add that getting a subscription to the Quarterly and buying back issues helps to support the museum, which is something I think we all agree is worthwhile. Sean Sean
