Looks well made. Maybe just a touch large. If it's the way you want it then congrats. Keep up the good work. Steve

thanks. it is on the large side. its 8x10. it holds more than enough. it is kind of cumberson if i have to reload from the bag out hunting or on a trail shoot, as i have to dig around looking for what i need. i made another one that measures 6x8 and its a tap too small. maybe the next one i do will be around 8x8.
thanks for the nice reply

Sorry about the late reply
I found over time that I carried to much unneeded clutter in my shooting bag. Any more all I have in my bag is what I need to load and fire my gun. I also have spare flints, a knapping hammer/screwdriver and a cleaning jag and a ballpuller. I used to have a bunch of tools and parts that I now don't carry on the trail. They are great to have if you or someone else needs them, but they do get in the way. If you want to keep these handy I would consider a belt bag or a secondary bag. I think this was probably kept with the horse by a trapper. Just my thoughts. Steve
