Former trapper. Never took much to the dry land sets and its been many a year since I've been in country wet enough to water trap.

I have times I rather one over the other but seems dry land critters are more wanted by skinners except for beaver of corse but there are so many coons anymore that Im scared not to thin them some corse there is the meat and here bouts I can sell more of it than I can eat .We are almost demanded by folks to trap beaver cause they flood so much but I love it even though its a hard row to plow sometimes .But haeing said all that I like the predator trapping .Me and Billy have a few thousand acres we can trap predators behind a locked gate so we can make sets we usually couldnt ,traps are so expensive these days especally for the American made ones that are the ONLY ONES I BUY Amen The import traps I bought before I knew they were imported are plenty good enough and bunches cheaper but I dont want to cost a American boy a job ifn I can help it .
